Life brings moments of expansion and contraction, connection and solitude, clarity and uncertainty. Whether you are approaching the end of life, facing health challenges, or navigating a profound transition, your experience deserves to be met with compassion and dignity.

There is no expectation or pressure to find meaning, acceptance, or even peace. Together, we create the space to honour whatever is present, your unique journey, your relationships or absence of relationships, your wishes, and your truth.

* I value all dimensions of you: Cognitive, Emotional, Somatic, Interpersonal, Moral and Spiritual. Together, we celebrate and rejoice in the presence of socio-cultural and ethnic differences. We compassionately welcome your shadows and blindspots, animal instincts and drives, useful and un-useful attachment to self (ego), personal expectations (drive and ambitions) and all the amazing divine gifts and wonderful loving capacities your heart is capable of.

*I believe that self-actualization relies on your attunement to your higher self (soul). We respect your integration of mysticism and spirituality and invite you to step outside of your comfortable "storyline" to become curious of the unknown, that which we cannot control or plan to become better acquainted with the forces that manifests through you in daily life.

* I believe that the individual personal work we do directly impacts those around us and our society at large. In order to find health, we ought to connect with our families/ancestors (physically or from our inner world), neighbours and communities. We ought to start deeply honouring our land, resources and all sentient beings.
