Psychedelics &
altered states of consciousness (mysticism)

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

Carl Jung

Psychedelic Assisted therapy

Psychedlic assisted therapy is still illegal in the Yukon.

Psychedelics are not to be taken lightly!!!

Having had the opportunity to journey with various guides, medicines with micro and macro dosage,

I know that one has to be extra careful with their mental/physical health as they open themselves this way.

I am open to counselling you in your own process, and assisting you with the integration phase. There are currently more and more people providing these services and you ought to feel that the person guiding you is trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. Don't be afraid to ask for their ethical code and past experiences before putting yourself in vulnerable states of mind.

It is of utmost importance to establish a meditative practice to cultivate stability, awareness, compassion, and an acceptance of emptiness in parallel with using traditional medicine.

Breath Work Sessions

OVERVIEW
Sacred Breathwork, based on the Holotropic Breathwork model developed by Stanislav and Christine Grof, is a
therapeutic breath work modality that is intended to help with emotional, physical and psychic healing and personal
growth. Sacred Breath invites ‘non-ordinary states of consciousness’. {Altered states of consciousness, include
various mental states in which the mind can be aware but is not in its usual wakeful condition, such as during
breathwork, hypnosis, meditation, hallucination, trance, and dream stages}.
Sacred Breathwork involves deep breathing at a fast and steady rate based on the individuals own style of breath, which
changes the balance between carbon dioxide and oxygen in the body. It also shifts the energetic inner and outer states
science is still wrestling with! Concert level sound with evocative music is an essential part of the session and is fully
incorporated into the experience. All participants doing breathwork lay on a comfortable mat with blankets, bolsters, and
eye covers to focus on their own experience from within.
The difference with Sacred Breath, from Holotropic is that in the longer 3hr sessions, we work with light, focused
energetic healing, including touch, that is offered from the sitter or facilitators, as well as using resistance touch.
Energetic Touch will only be offered with full permission of the breather before sessions begin!

Raising consciousness

What is the intention?

"Becoming Nobody" as the beloved Ram Dass would say.

As we shed an attachment to our sense of self (ego), as we let go of our usual default mechanisms and cognitive thinking patterns, as we open our heart and invite the "otherness" and the "unknown" we enter spheres and dimensions of being-ness and non-being-ness that provide individual and collective healing.
